Return Policy

Our return policy for all Sromobazar services is as follows:

Sromobazar will at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any service within 3 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing services, returns for more than one payment may be provided if request is made within the 3 standard days of return period.

Membership Cancellation Policy

To cancel your membership, send us message through “contact us” form by our Sromobazar website and we will send you an email for your confirmation message. Your Cancellation request will be effective if valid reasons are shown.  After cancellation, Sromobazar will send you a confirmation email once your membership has been cancelled. If any one wants to update their Membership plan, they should purchase other Membership Package through our Sromobaazar website or contact with our Customer Service Department over phone. Your cancellation request will be effective if Cancellation goes into effect at the end of the active billing period. In any notice of cancellation, you must include:

Please note that refunds are not issued within the first six months of registration with Sromobazar website. Any request for refund can take a minimum of three to four days to process. We will not be able to process cancellation requests unless all of the above information is provided.

PLEASE NOTE, DEPENDING ON THE SERVICES YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR, THERE MAY BE FEES THAT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We offer two types of memberships, Category Membership and Promotional Membership. The prices will vary according to purchase of your services. Prior to any payment being sent, you will be advised to the appropriate charges. Please remind that, regardless of an account being new or an upgraded regular membership account, Membership fees are non-refundable.
