If you want to become an Agent with our site www.sromobazar.com you must have to agree with the following terms and conditions:

Joining the Agent Program:

By filling out the registration form, and upon acceptance of this terms and conditions, you will become an Agent and bound by the terms of this agreement. Your contribution is to advertise our website.

Requisite qualifications to become an agent are as follows:

  • The commission will be paid to your bank account through Bank.

  • Agents are not authorized to conduct any illegal operations using its Control Panel.
  • Agents are free to place our advertisement or banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.
  • Agent will always maintain the quality of its services at a level satisfactory to Sromobazar.com.
  • Business regularity is to be maintained by the Agents.
  • Sromobazar.com is free to engage multiple Agents within a country as they desire or find appropriate.
  • All financial transactions involving Sromobazar.com businesses are to be channeled through Sromobazar.com money gateway systems.

Sromobazar.com has no liability for incorrectly placed links. Agent is exclusively responsible for testing links to ensure they are working properly. Agent will observe all links on a weekly basis to ensure it is operational.  This comprises testing and maintaining current databases of links.

Payment Terms & Conditions for Agent Partner:

 

1.      To become Agent partner with Sromobazar.com; user needs to registration (charge free) in www.sromobazar.com as Agent/Business Partners.

2.      The user must be required online account for dealing online transaction (Money Bookers/Escrow)

3.      Earning money can be able to take out after 45 days.

4.      For withdrawal of earning money; minimum reserve balance accumulate will be five US Dollar ($5). (excluding online payment charge)

5.      In case of withdrawal of deposited amount; minimum 10% will be charged for the service.

6.      Every regular user/paid member has to submit his agent’s code no as reference otherwise he will be considered as Sromobazar’s user.

Termination:

Your Agent application program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons;

  • Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
  • Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
  • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities.
  • Violation of intellectual property rights.
  • Inability to setup links or refers clients to Sromobazar.com (lack of performance).
  • Either you or Sromobazar.com may terminate the Agent relationship at any time.

Privacy Policy:

Sromobazar.com respects the privacy of its users. Sromobazar.com will not disclose personal information to third parties without the expressed consent of you and your Company.

Limitation of Liability:

Sromobazar.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to Agent tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Agent program. We make no claim that the operation of the Agent program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

 General Terms:

These terms will begin upon your registration with the Agent program and will end when your Agent account is terminated. Sromobazar.com reserves the right to modify the terms and Conditions at any time. If any modification to the terms is offensive to you, you may choose to lapse your Agent account. Your ongoing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
