If you want to become an Affiliate with our site www.sromobazar.com you must have to agree with the following terms and conditions:
To become an Affiliate of the Sromobazar.com web site; First of all, you need to submit a complete Program application through our site. We will appraise your application in good faith and will notify you of our acceptance or rejection. Responsibilities of Affiliates:
The Responsibilities of the Affiliates are as follows;
- Introduce Sromobazar.com website and services to your current and potential customers.
- Promote and drive for businesses of the mother website (Sromobazar.com).
- Affiliates are to work within the business systems of Sromobazar.com.
- Any marketing activities initiated by the Affiliates should be either borne by the Affiliates themselves or get Sromobazar.com approval for future reimbursement.
- The commissions for the Affiliates are negotiable based on the kind of businesses they undertake within Sromobazar.com objectives and systems.
- Affiliates are not authorized to conduct any illegal operations using its Control Panel.
- The Affiliates are not allowed to engage any Agent or Sub-agent without the approval of Sromobazar.com.
- Affiliates are free to place our advertisement or banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.
- Affiliate will always maintain the quality of its services at a level satisfactory to Sromobazar.com.
- Business regularity is to be maintained by the Affiliates.
- Sromobazar.com is free to engage multiple Affiliates within a country as they desire or find appropriate.
- All financial transactions involving Sromobazar.com businesses are to be channeled through Sromobazar.com money gateway systems.

Sromobazar.com has no liability for incorrectly placed links. Affiliate is exclusively responsible for testing links to ensure they are working properly. Affiliate will observe all links on a weekly basis to ensure it is operational. This comprises testing and maintaining current databases of links.

Payment Method:
We will pay you through Ask Bangladesh.com Limited (this is our principal company) Payment Process. Ask Bangladesh will ensure your payment through its “Trustee” such as Moneybooker Account, or ESCROW account.
Within forty-five (45) days after the end of each month in respect of booking for the same month. If the total commission is less than BDT 5,000/70USD for an applicable month (“Monthly Minimum amount”), MMT will hold the payment until the aggregate total Transaction Fees meet or exceed the Monthly Minimum Amount.
Commissions:
Sromobazar.com reserves the right to accept or reject any potential customers and will pay you a commission per customer referred using your affiliate code according to the selected payment schedule. You are entitled to earn Affiliate payments/commission for every mature business of Sromobazar.com. The commissions are negotiable through our site.
Termination:
Your affiliate application program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons;
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
- Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
- Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities.
- Violation of intellectual property rights.
- Inability to setup links or refers clients to Sromobazar.com (lack of performance).
- Either you or Sromobazar.com may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time.
Privacy Policy:
Sromobazar.com respects the privacy of its users. Sromobazar.com will not disclose personal information to third parties without the expressed consent of you and your Company.
Limitation of Liability:
Sromobazar.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
General Terms:
These terms will begin upon your registration with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. Sromobazar.com reserves the right to modify the terms and Conditions at any time. If any modification to the terms is offensive to you, you may choose to lapse your affiliate account. Your ongoing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
