| Analytical skill: Have adequate knowledge on problem identification, prioritization and problem solving process in the team level as well as in field. Based on field visit learning made a consensus and provide constructive feedback to staff for better implementation.
Monitoring and Evaluation: As an Education Officer it is prime responsibility to Monitor, evaluate the program activities and assist staff to collect data from field as per program requirement. Suggest for necessary steps taken for further development of the program. Have practical experience on data collection, data processing, data analysis and report preparation. Have experience on Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) process.
