Job Title :Desktop Support Specialist

Description/Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support
- Provide PC troubleshooting of computers hardware and software, pc installation migration and configuration
- Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain workstation and related peripherals
- Setting-up, configure and troubleshooting WindowsXP/Vista/7
- Setting-up and troubleshooting PC and notebook hardware (hard disk drive, RAM, DVD drive etc)
- Troubleshoot PC peripherals eg. Monitor, LAN, label printer, scanner etc
- Perform Windows Server administration
- Adding users/deleting users on Active Directory
- Setting of Group policy and permissions to files access
Qualifications :
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of experience in PC troubleshooting
- Experience and knowledgeable on MS office, Lotus Notes, WinXP, Vista etc
- Basic knowledge on Window OS cloning/ PC Cloning
- Experience with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN and/or basic networking like ping, tracert, etc.
- Applicants will be required to work in Singapore.
